Pio Cesare Arneis Langhe DOC 2012
Langhe, Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyCitrus, nutty, grassy, nettle, spicy herb and pear aromas. Fresh, round, dry and elegant palate with a light oily texture. Gooseberry, grassy, floral, anise, almond and apple skin flavours. Understated and youthful style but very good balance and a killer for salmon and halibut. Drink now - 2 years. Worth trying and an excellent alternative to village Chablis or sauvignon blanc.Tasted: 03 December 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $28.00 | 750ml | speculative - Lifford Wines |
