The nose is rich and intense with offering surprisingly youthful cedar, black fruits, toasted oak and vanilla aromas the attack is firm the tannins rich and dusty with more mountain style blackberry and cassis flavours. There is a sense of restraint and elegance to help offset the big, warm, intense long finish. Big but a delicious New World style.
