Mia Fruity and Sweet NV
SpainDesigned for new consumers Mia as the label says is fruity and sweet. The wine is fermented in tank to 5.5 percent alcohol, then seal and re-fermented until the wine reaches 7 percent alcohol. At this point the temperature is dropped to one below C to stop the ferment. The wine is filtered and left with 84 g/l sugar. The aroma is robust; typical moscato with peachy apricot notes. There is enough acidity to offset the sugar making this a sweet but refreshing sparkler. Serve this with spicy appetizers or solo on the patio.
