Mia Fresh and Crisp Sparkling NV
SpainDesigned for new consumers Mia as the label says is fresh and crisp. The wine is tank fermented for six months using the Charmat method leaving a softer sparkler without that pin prick on the tongue style. The nose is a mix of citrus pears and apples in a fresh light easy-sipping style. The finish is just off-dry. A great summer patio sipper, or try it with some spicy sushi.
