Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPeppery, savoury, barnyard, waxy, cherry, coffee, vanilla, smoky herb, dill and tobacco aromas. Dry, round, warm but elegant and lean palate with some grainy tannins. Huge vanilla, coffee oak with resin, cedar, olive, sour cherry and liquorice root flavours.
