The palate is all freshness and minerality with more green fruits, lemongrass and mineral characters. Seafood, sushi, roast chicken...just about anything works here. This wine has the distinction of being the top scoring riesling, top Canadian wine and best wine in the $15-$25 category at the WineAlign 2013 World Wine Awards.
