Gray Monk Odyssey White Brut Méthode Classique 2010

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMedium fine white mousse. Green apple, lime, light floral, honey, nutty aromas. Fresh, crisp, fairly dry and juicy palate with pinprick mousse. Baked green apple, lime, spicy, nutty, light quince flavours. Finish is somewhat sweet and sour with a rind-y note but offers good intensity and balance. Impressive wine that would be perfect with most before dinner appetizers. Fine effort.Tasted: 06 December 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
