Comox Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaLight ruby brown colour. Cooked rhubarb, worsteshire, spicy, strawberry nose with bits of leather, celery and salty aromas. Dry light, fresh but lean palate with tobacco leaf, peppery, herbal, celery, coffee, rhubarb flavours. Simple, leaner style that needs food.
