Waterkloof Circle of Life White 2010
Stellenbosch, Coastal Region, South AfricaWaterkloof was replanted by Frenchman Paul Boutinot in 2005. The wines are made with little intervention as the estate moves form organic to biodynamic. Circle of Life is a blend of sauvignon blanc, sémillon and chenin blanc. Fresh cut grass and dried herbs rule the nose along with figs and nuts. The palate is equally rich and full with more nutty figgy buttery fruit.
