Volcanic Hills Pinot Gris 2012

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis gris is un-oaked opting for super fresh aromas of pear and lime on the nose. The attack is skinny mixing grassy, gooseberry, citrus flavours with a lean steely finish. Made in the Italian style and perhaps best consumed with crab cakes or creamy pasta dishes. Good if a bit stark.Tasted: 15 November 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
