Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBlind Creek Vineyards in the Similkameen Valley is home to this merlot fruit. The dark fruit flavours are stony, mineral and persistent but the wood takes over and dries out the finish. It's young and will need sometime but the winemaking is heavy handed.
