Look for bright, soft, silky round, black fruit with spice and leather. Very glossy new World style but with a linear elegant style that again tempers the rich, pure black fruit flavours and substantial tannins. A rich hedonistic red working hard to reign in nay extravagance. The wine has a very high percentage cabernet sauvignon in it but the vineyard is planted to 70% cabernet sauvignon, 20% merlot, 8% cabernet franc and 2% petit verdot.
