Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAnother Okanagan red slathered in oak. The attack is firm with black cherry and blackberry fruit all sitting under a sheet of oak. Dried herbs, tobacco and rustic tannins mark the finish. Best with grilled meat at this point to smooth out the edges.
