Toso Brut NV Maipú, Northern Region, Mendoza, Argentina In the mid 1880s, Pascual Toso left his hometown of Canale D’Alba, in Piemonte, and set out towards Argentina, settling in Mendoza. Today Pascual Toso is one of the oldest wineries in Argentina. This deep yellow hued sparkler is charmat chardonnay from Maipu, with custard apples, toast, lime curd on a shorter palate. The dosage is ample, making this a super friendly, easy fizz.
