Typically it has the fresh and clean Gehringer styling in this case mixing with bits of green and red apple with peaches with a softer mid-palate and finish. Notes of peaches and butter with a hint of minerality keep this taut enough for food. Seafood pasta with a cream sauce would be a fine match.
