Moulis, Haut-Médoc, Médoc, Bordeaux, FranceOne of the better Chasse Spleen vintages blending 55 per cent cabernet sauvignon and 45 per cent merlot. Look for a spicy, black olive, cassis, barnyard nose flecked with vanilla and tobacco aromas. Dry, full, round attack with good concentration. On the palate the coffee, smoky oak notes mix with cassis, olive, tobacco, vanilla, earthy flavours.
