Susana Balbo Signature Malbec 2011
Agrelo District, Luján de Cuyo, Northern Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaBlack cherry jam, savoury, vanilla, peppery, meaty, licorice, light leather and black olive aromas. Ripe, rich, round with light tannins but well balanced. Vanilla, chocolate, black cherry jam, plum, peppery, savoury, poultry spice, violet and herb flavours. Good intensity and fruit balance. Drink now with a T-bone steak or cellar for up to five years. The mix is 90/10 malbec/cabernet sauvignon from sites in Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley.
