Agrelo District, Luján de Cuyo, Northern Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaThe Signature Cabernet Sauvignon a blend of vineyards and region in Mendoza has 10 percent malbec in the mix. It all spends 13 months in 80% new French oak barrels and 20% second use. Look for a black olive, light cedar, saddle leather and savoury, black berry jam nose. The attack is dry and juicy, smooth palate with light tannins and more peppery, cassis jam, blackberry, tobacco, earthy vanilla, herbal flavours. A big cab that finishes warm and fresh.
