Sartori di Verona Marani Bianco 2011
Soave, Verona, Veneto, ItalyIt is said that the best vineyards (chalky) in the Soave are home to the Sartori wines. A small amount of the juice is barrel fermented for texture and mouthfeel the rest is kept fresh bright with note notes of honey, pear and citrus. Fresh, juicy, round palate with a somewhat sweet entry and more honey, butter, apricot flavours. A delicious, fruity style for all occasions. Solid value.Tasted: 05 August 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $14.00 | 750ml | speculative listing - Pacific Wines & Spirits |
