Montforte d'Alba, Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyLove the smoky, tar, prune, strawberry and subtle floral, liquorice notes. The attack is full and round, the palate dry with some grainy tannins but balanced and juicy. Peppery, tar, prune, strawberry jam, clove, savoury, meaty, leather and sloe flavours.
