Moreson Mata Mata 2010
Coastal Region, South AfricaThe blend is 38/34/18/10/merlot, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and petit verdot that is matured for 24 months in French oak. In 2010 all the cabernet was aged in new oak. Look for fresh, open aromatic herbal/cedar nose with bits of cherry and tobacco and scorched earth and rubber. The palate is elegant with glossy, satin-like tannins and savoury, cherry fruit all with a warm persistent finish. Solid cedar-y old style red that will be best with grilled meats.Tasted: 07 August 2013Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $0.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
