Kamloops, British Columbia, CanadaThe HT dry riesling is crafted in a drier 'Rheingau' style. The attack is stonier with a grassier, nettle, bruised apple fruit character on the nose and palate. Indeed the style is drier and more austere and would likely pair well with oysters or roasted chicken.
