Borsao Garnacha Selección 2011
Campo de Borja, Aragon, SpainPeppery, rooty, black raspberry, earthy, liquorice, meaty, cassis aromas mark this mostly garnacha, with tempranillo and cabernet sauvignon, blend from North of Spain. Ripe, round, smooth palate with fresh acidity and light tannins. Big peppery, smoky, meaty, black raspberry jam, orange peel, spicy flavours. A tad tart on the finish but good fruity, juicy style with good intensity for barbecue. Good value here.Tasted: 23 August 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $14.99 | 750ml | specialty listing |
