Western Cape, South AfricaThis wine has been getting favourable reviews and I can see why. Mixing chenin blanc and sauvignon reduces the grassy factor and ups the tropical fruit. The result is gooseberry and freshness over peach and pineapple with a twist of guava. Thai Indian Japanese they will all work here.
