Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe CSM is a mix of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot and syrah. Each is kept separate and fermented on its indigenous yeasts. The styling and the tannins are soft and round. The fruit rich and dark with a strong spicy undercurrent. Black fruits with sagebrush black cherry, espresso/mocha and pepper fruit.
