Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPeppery, coffee, vanilla, cola, black cherry, cassis, tobacco, cedar, savoury, rooty aromas. Dry, round, full, slightly astringent palate with fresh acidity. Cranberry, black cherry, coffee, smoky herb, roasted pepper, tobacco, green olive, stewed cherry, resiny flavours. Good aromatics but still youthful and unbalanced. Needs 2-4 years to round out.
