East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAn unusual sparkling style with a raspberry colour and light, foamy mousse. Strawberry, rhubarb, tobacco, green apple, nutty, citrus aromas. Foamy palate but rich if slightly flat. Earthy, cooked rhubarb, sour cherry, nutty, toasty, baked apple flavours.
