Waipara Valley, South Island, New ZealandA riper style sauvignon barrel fermented in older oak. Smoky, melon, passion fruit, honey, mandarin, nettle aromas with a hint of jalapeno. Ripe, round, rich, juicy and creamy palate with good acidity. Grapefruit, honey, mango, melon, grassy, orange, jalapeno and vanilla flavours. Good length and finesse with a creamy, fruity finish.
