Angove's Nine Vines Rosé 2012
South Australia, AustraliaGrenache and shiraz (70/30) from an almost perfect vintage have shape this delicious, fresh rosé. The fruit spends some 24hrs on its skins before its pressed off and fermented. The nose is a burst of fresh red fruits, the palate similar with black cherry/raspberry flavours spiked with citrus. The finish is fresh and dry. Perfect for an heirloom tomato sandwich or pasta tossed with olive oil and tomatoes.
