Muscadet, Pays Nantais, Loire, FranceSauvion turns out several Muscadet selections but the Carte D'Or is a slightly richer interpretation of the classic skinny, flinty, citrus, green apple white that is a refreshing summer sipper and made for BC shellfish. A crowd pleaser even if the crowd isn't quite sure what it is.
