Eden Valley, South Australia, AustraliaLove the vibrancy on this wine that is kept at the winery for the first five years of its life. Look for a medium yellow colour with flecks of green. The nose is an enticing mix of fresh limes, perfume and brioche. There is plenty of acidity from back to front and more juicy lime flavours in what is a medium weight riesling still showing a lot of youth, finesse and delicacy even at this age.
