Louis Bernard Chateauneuf du Pape Rouge 2010
Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Southern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceThe Louis Bernard style is supple, more drinkable more approachable when you ng which is never a bad thing especially when the price is moderate which it usually is. The blend is grenache, syrah and mourvèdre the nose a mix of spice, plums and dark berry fruits. On the palate there's more garrigue and black cherry fruit with a whiff of orange peel. Perfect for grilled ribs. A solid effort.Tasted: 25 May 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $38.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
