Chablis, Burgundy, FranceThis is all Grand Cru from its floral waxy, honey, light vanilla nose to its lees, grassy, green apple, lime and mandarin peel aromas. Ripe, fresh, juicy and creamy on the palate it has the leanness and structure of a refined Chablis with lime, green apple, vanilla, honey, grassy, seashell and lees flavours. Good vibrancy and length with both power and finesse. Needs time yet to balance the acidity and concentration but will be excellent in three to five years.
