Chateau Beard La Chapelle - Saint Emilion Grand Cru 2010

Saint Émilion, Libourne, Bordeaux, FrancePeppery, cedar, earthy, liquorice nose with black cherry, floral and smoky olive aromas. The attack is dry but juicy if somewhat austere with youthful tannins in the finish. More coffee, cedar, black cherry, plum, resin and liquorice flavours mark the palate with a smoky, olive, tobacco finish. Solid concentration but youthful. Should further improve in bottle over the next five years.Tasted: 28 May 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
