Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, AustraliaExpect a bigger chardonnay imprint here that is ripe but at the same time dialled back in style with light butter, green apple, nutty, citrus with creamy lees, vanilla aromas. The attack is similar with a leaner more elegant palate style and some nuttier, baked pear, mineral, green apple and lees flavours. Complexity and length in a fresher leaned down style.
