Sperling Vineyards Sparkling Brut 2008
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLight gold color with lots of medium mousse. Very nutty, grassy, diacetyl, baked apple skin, pear aromas. Very foamy, fresh palate with tart acidity and quite dry. Baked green apple skin, buttery, nutty, green pear, citrus rind flavours. Very bracing, acidic style that is not for the timid.
