Ringbolt Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
Margaret River, Western Australia, AustraliaNo mistaking the cool cabernet character here with plenty of menthol, resin, tobacco and savoury notes. It's mostly cool red, briary fruit you smell and taste with a pronounced leafy mid-palate that finishes skinny and a touch acidic. More of a hamburger red this year than a steak wine.
