Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandThe latest from Oyster Bay is no surprise although I would say it is a little less pungent than previous editions which is a good thing. Expect a mix of passion fruit, grapefruit, lime rind and nettle all served up in a crisp, clean, fresh package.
