Mosel, GermanyThe '09 is leaner and tighter versus the 2010. A more elegant expression of the Mosel with a slightly drier bent but all with lovely elegance and restraint. Less power more delicate apricot and peach fruit with wet stone minerality yet still persistent into the finish. A wonderful food wine for lightly spiced Asian dishes.
