Haywire The Bub Traditional Method Rosé 2011

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Bub is a mix of cool mountain fruit from the south Okanagan tinted to the perfect colour with a small lot of low tannin syrah. The nose is floral with bits of red fruits and hay/grass. Classic Haywire understatement with subtle yeasty notes, nectarine skin with bits of green apples. Best with lightly spiced appetizers. Good effort and reminiscent of Cava style. Finished under crown cap.Tasted: 14 April 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
