Finca Las Moras Reserve Tannat 2011
San Juan, ArgentinaYou do not see a lot of tannat and when you do it is often quite tannic but it doesn't have to be. In this case the Las Moras is peppery, meaty, dark fruit scented red. The plate is a rustic mix of cassis fruit and tobacco with a savoury, liquorice finish.
