Carneros, Napa Valley, California, United StatesI'm a sucker for Blanc de Blancs sparkling wines and when they call Le Rêve, well, it's practically a slam dunk. Winemakers Eileen Crane and Claude Taittinger are the brains behind this chardonnay that has tiny amounts of pinot blanc added to it once and a while. Expect an electric experience with crisp citrus flavours, spiced brioche, baked pear and lightly toasted hazelnuts.
