Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandIt's hard to take a wine named Cupcake too serious and when you add purchased New Zealand sauvignon juice well you can only hope for the best. The nose and flavours are a classic mix of lime rind, grapefruit and tinned asparagus juice with flecks of gooseberry and citrus. Dry and a touch severe. Try this with a bowl of mussels.
