Blue Mountain Pinot Noir 2011

Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBig roast meat, barnyard, strawberry jam, leesy, tobacco, herbal aromas. Round, dry, elegant palate with slightly sour acidity. Smoky oak, roast meat, barnyard, saddle leather, vanilla, cooked rhubarb, sour cherry flavours. A bit of departure for Blue Mountain, or just the 20111 vintage, showing more oak and rusticity than we have seen in the past. Tasted: 17 April 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
