Sonoma Coast, Sonoma County, California, United StatesA mix of fruit from western Carneros, southern Sonoma Valley and the Petaluma Gap with fourteen percent Schug estate fruit. Essentially fermented in steel (10% neutral oak cask fermented) and only 10 percent aged "sur-lie" for 5 months in 300 to 600 gallon neutral oak casks. The style is lean and crisp with juicy citrus flavoured fruit flecked with white peached and nectarine skin.
