Eden Valley, South Australia, AustraliaEnticing lemon balm, rose, spicy, lime, guava and waxy aromas. Fresh, crisp, juicy, somewhat austere style with a touch of sweetness. Grassy, lime, nettle, apple skin, lemon oil and lees flavours. Could use a couple years in bottle but would work with a variety of shellfish now.
