Montilla-Moriles, SpainA first in vintage-dated unblended fino but with traditional flor solera maturation. Very rancio, nutty, green olive, spicy, sweaty, slate aromas. Dry, round, elegant palate with grassy, peppery, herbal, nutty, spicy, leather flavours. There is a touch more alcohol and body than you might find in a normal, non-vintage fino.
