Yalumba Barossa Patchwork Shiraz 2010

Barossa Valley, South Australia, AustraliaVery peppery, Oxo, chocolate, blackberry jam, tobacco, prune aromas. Round, fresh, somewhat tart and warm palate with light tannins. Chocolate, meaty, peppery, spicy, licorice, cedar and coffee flavours with a warm blackberry finish. Tannins are a bit austere but lots here for the shiraz drinker. Lamb chops would be a fine equalizer.Tasted: 11 February 2013Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
