Shatter Grenache 2010

Roussillon, Sud de France, FranceBig raisin, prune, spicy, peppery, licorice, black raspberry jam aromas with a touch of cedar and tobacco. Ripe, rich, round, smooth palate with some grainy tannins. Licorice, smoky, kirsch, peppery, savoury, vanilla, coffee, cigar and raisin with some dried fig flavours. Lots of intensity here including a warm finish. Definitely a wine for a cold winter meal.Tasted: 11 February 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
