Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSoft open aromatic cedar/menthol nose with bits of meaty, barnyard, tobacco, cherry, tobacco leaf. The attack is fresh and somewhat sweet on entry with light tannins and tart finish. Look for more tobacco leaf, sour cherry, cranberry, dill, earthy, smoky herb flavours. Fairly tart but juicy.
